"FLIGHT SCHOOL" 
The new "LEASE AVIATION" training facility was completed in June 2010 and is situated in a prime position next to the main terminal here at the "Jimmy Stewart Airport" Indiana PA. The 4600 SqFT facility boasts a heated floor system (no more freezing winter Aircraft pre-flight inspections), office - lounge area, classroom, kitchen and restrooms. All designed to provide a comfortable & relaxed training environment.

With its clean modern lines the new office-Lounge area is comfortable and provides a relaxed atmosphere.
CLASS-BRIEFING ROOM
The class-briefing room is light and spacious and is equipped with the latest high speed internet.

Our Piper Archer comes from a long line of excellent training aircraft & has been the work horse for many flight schools over the years. Well built and perfectly designed for the rigors of flight training.
CESSNA 172 N
Our Cessna 172 is the latest addition to our fleet and again comes from a family of outstanding training aircraft, proven over the years to be a reliable effective training platform.
Our Piper Archer is equipped with the latest "WAAS IFR APPROVED GARMIN 430 GPS UNIT". Our Cessna has had a recent avionics upgrade with new radios, intercom and also included in the upgrade was a panel mounted Garmin 496 GPS unit.

Our Aircraft and prices are the best in the area
The school and its aircraft are both equipped and geared to provide efficient flight instruction for the "Recreational Pilot Certificate", The "Private Pilot Certificate" and the "Instrument Rating". Some small schools seem to be able to offer to train you for any pilot certificate or rating. Be very cautious as they might not be quite what they seem and if it looks too good to be true it probably is. Our school only offers training for certificates and ratings we know we can provide, effectively and efficiently.
More advanced ratings (ie Multi engine, Commercial, CFI training etc) being better catered for by the larger flight schools who have the resources to be able to provide efficient training at a reasonable cost and within sensible time frames.
With LEASE AVIATION having two aircraft at its disposal you can be assured your training will not be interupted by essential routine inspections & maintenance. We have on the airfield a full time aircraft mechanic with over 25 years of experience who does an excellent job of maintaining our aircraft and is always available if a problem arises. Also on the airfield is an avionics shop if work is required on our radios etc see AIRWORK AVIONICS for all your avionic needs.
Having two aircraft available allows our students more flexibility once certified. They can rent our aircraft for trips or for the famous $100 hamburger. Small schools operating only one aircraft make aircraft rental difficult for the Solo/Certified pilot as the aircraft is constantly used by the instructor for training. Also aircraft availability during essential maintenance could cause severe disruption to your training if a problem is found especially if there is no on site aircraft mechanic.
Once a student pilot becomes a solo student pilot or certified pilot they will have access to our free online booking system.
"FLIGHT SCHEDULE PRO" Which they can use to schedule an aircraft for a flight from the comfort of their home.
